Why Animas High School?-
I feel that Animas High School creates an opportunity for me to take hold of my own education and really do something with it. The culture of excellence is strong and the bar for success is high, and it creates an atmosphere where you are expected to take ownership of your work. The culture itself as a school is one of the most important aspects here at Animas, which I love. Striving for that culture, that feel good vibe between teacher and student, student and student, teacher and teacher, creates the motivation to want to be there and create success. Being a charter school it has the advantage to create a curriculum for the students that is engaging and fun to learn. These are all the aspects of why I chose Animas High School.
